Frequently Asked Questions
What ages is this program for?
The Selah Intensive is designed for babies and toddlers (approximately 4 months–5 years). If you’re unsure whether your child is a good fit, you’re welcome to message me before enrolling.
What if my child cries?
Some protest is normal when patterns change. You will not be asked to ignore your child. We use structured, developmentally appropriate methods and adjust if true distress appears. You’ll be supported in knowing the difference.
What if we’ve already tried sleep training and it didn’t work?
That’s often why families come to Selah. Most past attempts fail due to lack of customization or lack of support during implementation. This program provides both.
How much time do I need to commit?
Consistency is key. You’ll need to follow the plan daily and log sleep inside the app. The structure is clear and manageable — but it does require leadership and follow-through.
What if I have questions during the two weeks?
You’ll have direct communication access inside the Rested app. You are not left implementing alone.
Is this a “cry-it-out” program?
No. Methods are customized based on your child’s age, temperament, and your family values. The approach is structured and responsive — not rigid.
What happens after the two weeks?
Most families see significant improvement within two weeks. If additional support is needed, continued options can be discussed.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of this program and the time invested in creating your customized sleep plan, all purchases are final.
The Selah Intensive is designed for families who are ready to implement consistently and commit to the process. If you have questions before enrolling, you’re always welcome to reach out first.
