Meet Nicole
Nicole is a mom of three, certified sleep consultant and transformational coach with over five years of experience guiding clients through lasting change — who has absolutely googled “is this normal?” at 1:37 a.m.
She understands sleep from both sides:
the science behind it… and the 2 a.m. reality of it.
Selah Rest Co. was created after she noticed something missing in the sleep world.
There were plenty of schedules.
Plenty of charts.
Plenty of opinions.
But not enough support for the mother implementing it all.
Nicole’s approach blends:
• Developmentally aligned sleep science
• Clear, structured plans
• Practical implementation guidance
• Coaching support when emotions run high
Her work is grounded in evidence based pediatric sleep education and behavioral coaching principles..while remaining deeply attuned to the emotional experience of motherhood.
Sleep improves when the parent feels confident — not criticized.
Perfection isn’t required.
Steadiness is.
She does not rush the process.
She does not lead with pressure.
She builds structure with you
until confidence replaces doubt
and you lead your home with calm authority.

How it Works
The Two Week Selah Sleep Experience
Sleep changes faster when there is both clarity and support.
Here’s what working together looks like:
1. Intake + Consultation
You begin with a comprehensive intake form, followed by a private consultation call.
This allows me to fully understand your child’s patterns, temperament, environment, and your goals.
2. Personalized Sleep Plan
You receive a detailed, step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your child’s developmental stage and your family’s values.
3. Ongoing Support Inside the Rested App
You’ll have access to a private support hub where you can:
• Log sleep
• Track patterns
• Communicate directly with me
• Receive daily guidance and adjustments
You are never left implementing alone.
4. Recalibration + Booster Support
Sleep progress isn’t always linear.
You’ll have access to recalibration videos and an optional booster call when you need live encouragement and strategic refinement.
Because sometimes what you need most is steadiness — not more information.
